It's that time of year again.....

Elderflower champers whoo hoo!

Remember last year?

The blossom is out and Mr T has been foraging these delectable fluffy flower heads with the first batch already on the go bubbling away.

When ever I walk into the kitchen my nostrils are filled with a gorgeous fruity aroma.

And from wandering around blog land it looks like we are not the only ones concocting this light and fizzy Summer drink in their kitchens.

If you have never had a go at making elderflower champagne then I can whole heartily recommend it as it is truly very very easy (and rewarding) - as long as you know what elderflowers look like that is, then your well on your way.

Happy foraging.

ps. from a lovely, lovely lady that actually lives in the beautiful part of Devon we visited you must check out her recent posting. It is (truly) everything I dream of - thank you Yvonne. xXx
