Windswept and Tutus

Good morning - and 'Happy Sundaying'

the day has just started and we have it stretched out before us plus the sun is shining so a double bonus.

Autumn is most definitely with us as today we wave goodbye to our Summer beach hut and the buddies that we share it with - we are the kind of friends that tend to hibernate for the Autumn/Winter and will only probably emerge the once to celebrate New Years Eve then we all huddle up again and scurry back to our little homes to return back, deep into our hibernation waiting for the warmth of the sun to shine again.

And as you can see with the change of the season the wind has also turned - open, windswept and with a feeling that turns my tummy - in an excited, exhilarated, jump up and down kind of way - I get a real rush out of Autumn - not too keen on the Winter, well only the lead up to and of course Christmas, but Winter I find a tad boring and cold.

Unless it snows then that excited rush returns again and the cold is then a completely different kind of cold.

Anyway, farewell Summer beach, hut, buddies - until next year!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend and Sunday - our kitchen has been a hub of activity.....but I'll share that with you tomorrow.

Happy days......
