A Wrong Turn

I took a wrong turn in Whitstable yesterday.

Off of a back road heading for the high street and ended up being welcomed with this beautiful sight.

Rays of sunlight bursting through autumnal low scudding clouds - bouncing golden sunbeams off the turbulent sea making it sparkly and shimmer mysteriously.

As if it was being touched by Neptune himself - god of the water and sea - his Triton pointing downwards, mixing and churning with the tip of a fork like a witch lovingly stirring her bubbling cauldron.

I'm so glad I took a wrong turn in Whitstable yesterday.

Have a beautiful weekend - what's left of it anyway.
