From 'not a jot' to spending almost every day - we've been up the allotment tidying, weeding, planting, watering, admiring (see above picture), tying, cutting back and digging to our hearts content these past two weeks or so.
Progress is coming along nicely - if I do say so myself.
Though it's still early days, I know. But every time we head back on up there something else has changed.
So even though I'm getting a tad over excited about picking the first tomato, cucumber or squash I know we have a long way to go.
And for the moment well, it's greenhouse lettuce and rocket we are dining on mostly for the next coming weeks or so.
It's not all that bad is it? This semi self sufficient lark.
Enjoy the day,
