I spied this little lady of mine down the end of the garden yesterday.
She had collected herself a small bag of fallen leaves off the lawn and taken a couple of sheets of paper and stick of glue.
'I'm making an Autumn picture mama' was her reply when she realised I was watching.
Her head barely lifting to acknowledge my interest so intense was her concentration.
Just a flicker from those big blue eyes raised ever so slightly under her heavy, spider leg like long lashes was the only admission I was given - aloud to continue gazing upon her in full creativity mode.
All her own idea.
The gluing was a little tricky and the leaves kept escaping from under her fingertips in the breeze.
Most of them getting stuck to other things like her top or hair rather then the paper, but she kept on trying - that's my girl.
It's not finished yet - I think this picture will be a work in progress throughout the Autumn.
Don't you just love it when a plan comes together?
