I've been down the allotment for the best part of the morning......can you guess? Tidying up and putting back to rights the damage that was caused earlier in the week.
March certainly did come in like a lion 'phew' talk about having a few 'Dorothy' moments.
I think the highlight of the week - for me - was getting completely drenched (down to my knickers and woolly socks) and then finding myself - in true Benny Hill style - chasing fruit cages and the plastic part of a poly tunnel around the plot as the gales pulled and snapped them apart, scattering them all over the place.
Talk about trying to chase a plastic bag.
Anyone watching must of wet their pants laughing if they had spied me!
Anyhoo. This end of the week has found (a lot) more calm squeezing its way into my routine - I think I may of stressed myself out a little bit too much yesterday.
What a headache - ouch!
So with the clouds parting - making the way for the sun - I spent most of yesterday doing nowt!
A complete and utter big fat zero just gazing up above my head at the beautiful blue sky, watching the seagulls swooping overhead.
It was nice - I felt guilty - but it was definitely nice.
Though I think it's left me a little spaced out today.
So on that note......
Here's wishing you a warm and wonderful weekend - with plenty of sunshine - fingers crossed.
