Still lurking

I'm not sure what I've done in life to deserve you lovely blooming lot, but thank you, thank you, thank you (and then some)....so very, very much.

All your comments, messages and emails have just been wonderful and I am so very thankful and grateful to have such lovely folk in my life - really and truly I am....scouts honour!

So what is going on here?

Wellll we've had a minor set back with four out of the five of us (I'm the fifth) having a nasty flu bug this week. Those must of been some jolly good anti b's they gave me at the hospital! It has kept all three of my little ones off school and tucked up in bed, sneezing, wheezing, coughing and being downright ill.

I'm still on 'recovery'.....boring! But feeling loads better for not doing much.  Though I think I may of eaten my own body weight in waffles this week - it is all I have craved.  The downsize of that (or supersize) is I think my waistline (and backside) may of doubled in size.  I can't wait to get back on my feet again - even if it is only to do the rat run, school run.

And as I've sat these past couple of weeks on my doubled in size bottom I've witnessed Spring unfolding ever so slowly.  The days have become lighter and longer and the daffs are up in the garden to accompany the snowdrops and crocuses. It is just a beautiful sight to behold.  Though did someone mention snow!

Anyway all is good here and even thought the living is slow it's nice to not be bounding around everywhere for once.

Have a grand old weekend and thank you again (collectively) so very, very much xxx
