Hazy Summer days
We are literally minutes away from the start of our Summer holidays and I can't wait!
Six weeks of long lazy, hazy summery days stretch out in front of us - it is quite possible the most gorgeous season of all.
Mornings spent in pj's, afternoons at the beach & evenings will see us sat under the stars camping out by the fire pit toasting marshmallows and popping corn.
No plans for a holiday this year - let's just see how it goes. And with the weather the way it is at the moment (in the UK) I'm quite happy to spend days pottering around locally, soaking in all that we have on offer nearer to home.
Enjoy your holidays...I will still be popping in (now and again) though maybe not on a regular basis.
With this in mind I've been working hard on the blog, setting things in place. As well as updates on Twitter (me mainly rambling on - to myself - most of the time) I've also set up a Facebook page (which I'm still working on but it's all mainly there) where I can post pictures straight from my phone and ramble on that little bit more...if you're interested in keeping up and in touch with our Summer goings on. It's a lot quicker and easier then waiting to upload pictures, writing a blog post, copy reading, editing and finally pressing post.
So on that note may I wish you all a fabulous Summer break - have an awesome one folks...until September.
