I have always been a huge friend of bread.
If you've been following me for quite a while now you'll know I've made my fair share over the last few years - though even I have to admit my skill and perfection has developed with time.
But since the New Year I've noticed a few fellow bloggers taking up the baking challenge.
I'd love to join in but these days I only make yeasty bread for the family and friends.
I can eat the odd small slice, but yeast is no longer a buddy of mine.
Yeast free is O.K.... and you can have certain twists on variety, but after about twenty different concoctions (and that's stretching it a bit) I'd be stumped on where else to go...apart from around in circles repeating myself, hoping no-one had noticed.
So I shall watch from afar with eyes closed shut imagining the waft and aroma of freshly baked yummy and squidgy bread and to wish you all happy baking.
Have a slice for me....please.
