Just So 2014

The Just So festival was just so 'oh my word!' and then some.  Everything we could of hoped for in a festival and much, much more.  Wonderful and wondrous, magical and thrilling.

In my youth I've attended many concerts - Oasis at Knebworth, INXS, Prince and even Michael Jackson at Wembley to name just a few.  Living in the suburbs it was easy to just jump on a train at first light and head up town...London town that is.  But I have never been to a festival.

I feel like we've led such a sheltered life living on the very tip of the South East coast for the past seventeen years. Sure living next to the beach was kind of fun, but life seemed to ground to a very slow pace and everything that went with it.

But now it's like a whole new world has been opened up to us.

Thank you Just So for our first introduction.  We spent the whole time laughing, dancing...gawping in awe. I may of made a bit of a tit of myself joining in with the camp fire story telling (aka Patricia the Post Lady) but I loved every moment.  Even the teen declared 'it was all right!' which translates as flipping marvellous.

We chose the Owls for our tribe and have talked endlessly about the festival.  Recounting stories and remembering small tit bits...enjoying the smallest morsel of a memory lodge firmly.  Just So 2014 will stay with us forever.

We stayed until the end of the tribal tournament on a glorious Summers' eve. Spellbound, enchanted and wishful.

Here's hoping for next year.

Go owls...or maybe foxes, lions, frogs or even fishes.  I quite fancy the stags!
