Have you seen February's edition of Home & Antiques?

I love all things 'kitchenalia'.   The word, the concept, the things you can collect.  Under that category all things are beautiful (and wonderful) to me.

I tend to browse 'a lot' for kitchenalia.  My own kitchen is testament to that.

One of my favourite places to to seek all things wonderful is via Sue at 'Yay Retro'.  She sources amazing vintage 'kitchenalia' that would make any enthusiast quiver at the knees.

Just before Christmas I acquired  (via Yay Retro) a set of Hornsea pottery spice jars.  They are a gorgeous deep blue and I fell in love with them...instantly.

I got talking to Sue via email and she mentioned that the very same pots were used in the Homes & Antiques February edition for a Horsea pottery special.

Don't you just love it when 'a thing' has a story.

They now sit preciously on an 'out of reach' shelf where I can lovingly admire them.
