Bonfire Night

When old pallets, garden trimmings, fallen logs and the occasional chair all stacked up neatly, some might say a bundle of unwanted dead stuff, take centre stage for one night of the year.  That'll be 'remember, remember the 5th of November'.

Bonfire night.

The skies light up with a blaze of crackles and pops and the smell of woodsmoke lingers on the air.  Whoops and cheers as the first firework is lit and a nation 'oohs and ahhhhs' in unison at this most magical night of the month.

But no matter your faith, we should always remember at how much this is an important part in our history.

Gunpowder, treason and plots.
