A tradition that has woven its way into our festive hearts and one I wholeheartedly try to keep true is to make my own Christmas wreath, to adorn the front door. Welcoming all visitors and friends alike.
This years was woven onto lasts years bindings of twisted snowberry vine and silver birch twigs.
Ivy and yew, rosemary and oregano were all gathered from around the garden and bound into the familiar circle. With a splash of red from fading leaves of our beautiful star flower climber.
It smells amazing with all those herbal undertones.
A Christmas wreath.
Traditional, homemade and foraged purely from around the garden.
