'Emma Bridgewater'

A couple of weeks ago I was invited along to have lunch with a wonderful friend of mine at the Emma Bridgewater factory in Stoke-on-Trent.  

Of course catching up and chatting over a superb lunch in the gorgeous cafe within the old factory mill was top of the agenda, but having a peek behind the scenes and being able to take all the pictures we liked for promotional purposes was an added bonus

Forgotten ways for Modern Days

I'm not a huge one for reading or even (sadly) picking up a book, as hideous as that may sound.  As a child I wasn't really encouraged to read much and one of my pet hates are the kind of books referred to as 'coffee table books'.  Lovely pictures, but totally useless
